How Are Goods Shipped To Me?
- Your orders will be shipped within 24 hours if the payments have been completed or cleared.
- We'll ship your goods to you by air mail or express courier.
- The choice of courier varies according to country, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of: EMS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
- Small orders can also be shipped very cheaply by Air Mail. The option will appear automatically in the checkout for your reference
- Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, 100ustore will assist as much as possible.
Checking the Status of Your Order
Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
After ship your item ,we will post the tracking number on our Forums, and e-mail you the tracking number so that you can track your package by our system.
It usually takes 7-10 days for the parcel to reach your side, registered number will be provided customer can track the shipment status of parcel at HongKong Post firstly, when the parcel arrives in your country, it can be tracked at your local post website or local post office:

Express Parcel (DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS ): usually take 3 -5 business days delivery with a tracking numbers, if have any questions, the forwarder will contact us in 12 hours , then we will send you email to remedy the situation.
Calculating Cost
At checkout, the order handling charges are automatically calculated.If purchasing value is over USD100.00, we will choose one forwarders for you (DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS, 4PX), depending on which is the most efficient and fastest for our worldwide customers.

All the items are normally shipped the same business day, paid with paypal without complication. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.
Our Returns Policy
Thinking of returning an item?
- All our products come with a 30days warranty.
- This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 30days after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or offer credit or a refund.
- If you experience any problem with a product bought from 100ustore.com, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you.
- Any returns must be discussed with 100ustore Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.
- All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
- In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement / refund under the warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to the 100ustore warehouse in China are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by 100ustore.
- Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty. Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.
- Re-stocking fee GBP2.0(US$3.0) per piece is requested.
